the web site for the global community

The global Tantra community needs unification, this site is intended to assist that process as much as possible.

Those interested in being part of the unification process, at least to offer wisdom and support for those who struggle with issues in their lives.

Tantra affirms that the experience we all have is a blending of all of our energies whether we are aware and acknowledge that or not. The events we call our experience are as much an expression of that life force energy that emanates from our inner selves and is the energy that the serious Tantra student senses and enhances through their Tantric process.

This is really what the "weaving" is about. As the energy of life emanates from the source within us it expresses itself as a body, that body that many in this world identify with. The Tao Te Ching reads:

One's true self is eternal

And yet one thinks, "I am this body, I will soon die"

This false sense of self is the cause of ALL problems

The Tao is affirming that we are that energy, that immortal photonic light source that is the very essence of life.

This energy proceeds from the source, it manifests as our behavior, our creations, our words, even our responses, and reactions. It creates fields surrounding us that relate to the channels (many call Chakras) and the different expressions of those channels. As it continues to express it weaves together with many other individual's energies to form our corporate experience. Just as identification with the body causes problems, the idea that our experience is something happening to us, or that we are a victim of, or even that it is something for us to partake of, surrender to, accept, or forgive, also causes problems, it is an illusion.

the science of tantra

Tantra is considered a religion, a philosophy, and a way of life. There is a science behind Tantra and Tantra is one of the religions that attempts to keep up with current scientific discoveries.

Tantra is an acknowledgement, a study, and the practice of life force energies. Energy is an integral aspect of our universe, often ignored while attention is directed to the material forms. When we discuss the "spiritual world" we are referring to the energetics of the universe, both the energies inherent in matter, and the energies of life itself.

The study and practice of Tantra is far more understandable in relationship to physiological psychology and quantum physics than often confused and confounded religious concepts. In our definitions spirituality and materiality are not separate. It is now over 100 years since Max Planck coined the term "relativity" and Einstein's work revealed an intimate connection between energy and matter.

the philosophy of tantra

Philosophy is in the background of all religions and sciences. The philosophy behind Tantra is that we are all connected on different levels. The first level is that each of us, as living beings, are connected to the source of life energy, the Chi, and that our bodies are actually expressions of that Chi energy.

The second level is that we are more than material forms, the energy that us generated within us manifests as what physicists call fields, powerful energetic "fields" that are manifestations of that Chi energy as well.

A great example of fields is the energy that surrounds the moon, 10,000 miles away, that has an effect on our ocean tides, our emotions, and our physical cycles. Each living being, indeed each physical form, has fields that surround us and are what we are as much as the material bodies that we often identify with.

The word Tantra denotes weaving, the weaving together of our individuality and the weaving together of our actual identities, that which is the surrounding fields as well as the physical forms.

We cannot really separate ourselves and Tantra enables us to understand this.
